Job Description
Qualifications:
Minimum S1 / Bachelor degree in Accounting or related fields with GPA min. 3.30
Candidates with relevant CPA qualification would have an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, preferably from property/ real estate industry.
Solid understanding of finance & accounting principles and procedures (general ledger, reconciliation, account payable & receivable), financial planning & analysis, taxation and tax regulations.
Hands on approach, attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical thinking, leadership and problem solving skills.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Agile, highly detail-oriented, Analytical and Proactive.
Willing to be placed in Elang Laut, Pantai Indah Kapuk - North Jakarta.
Job Description:
Develop, implement and maintain finance & accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial statements to the Management.
Ensuring monthly and annual tax reports of PPN, PPh 21, 22, ,23, 24, 25, 29 and 4 (ayat 2) are accurate and on time.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance & accounting department including AP, AR & general ledger preparation, tax returns & payments, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities.
Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of finance & accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes.
Demonstrate strong analysis of management report to help management make informed decisions.
Lead the budgeting process in collaboration with other functions.
In-charge of all audit activities, including financial audit & tax audit.
Evaluating and monitoring monthly and annual financial statements to the Management.
